Surveying Scholarships now open for 2027
The Foundation is pleased to announce that the Clem Jones and Geoff Wright Scholarship and the Jack de Lange Surveying Scholarships are now open for applications from commencing students for the Bachelor of Surveying Technology or Bachelor of Surveying (Honours) in Trimester 1 2027. We are always excited to see who the new recipients will be, and how the Scholarships will make a difference to their lives!
The Scholarships
The registered tax deductible trust for Undergraduate Surveying Scholarships and Postgraduate Research Grants
Who we are:
A registered trust managed by the corporate trustee, ISAQ Ltd.
A Board of Directors: Four eminent senior surveyors and consultants from the public, private and academic sectors
An expert Advisory Committee: Six representatives from academia, private practice, and Young Professionals, inform the Board's decisions.
What we do:
The Foundation awards surveying scholarships on the basis of merit or equity to undergraduate students to complete recognised university courses and to postgraduate students for research.
Whom we benefit:

Students who have demonstrated merit, or who are challenged because of equity issues: isolation, disability: disadvantage takes many forms.

The surveying profession: from an upskilled and increased workforce at a time of severe skills shortage and from research into new expansion possiblities.

The property, infrastructure, mining and agriculture industries where surveyors are foundational to any project
